Welcome to Multiply Church Lake Norman, where the journey of faith is intertwined with the joys of family and community! Dr. Zack and Jenna Whitt, a couple blessed with over a decade of marriage and two beautiful daughters, Piper Gray and Harlowe Jane, embarked on a remarkable mission in 2017. With a vision for people to discover LIFE, FREEDOM, FAMILY, and PURPOSE, they founded Multiply Church Lake Norman alongside 36 dedicated individuals. Dr. Zack, holding a PhD from Regent University, brings academic depth to our spiritual endeavors, while Jenna, with her business degree from Southeastern University, infuses our community with her love for learning and literature. Their passion for fitness and the outdoors is evident as they cherish moments with their daughters amidst nature, running through the woods, tending to their backyard, nurturing chickens, and cultivating a garden. Hey there, I'm Manny, and I'm honored to be the Executive Pastor at Multiply Church Lake Norman. For me, this church is more than just a place to work. It’s a blessing that my wife and I, along with our two daughters, deeply cherish.  My journey here has been quite the ride. After receiving my undergrad in business/finance, I spent a solid decade navigating the world of business and sales before stepping into full time ministry. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University, embracing the opportunity for personal and professional growth. I look forward to no longer being the only pastor on staff without a master’s degree (effectively ending one of the most long standing inside jokes of our church!).

Hi! I'm Judah Crowder, and I serve as the Worship Pastor and Youth Director at Multiply Church Lake Norman. With a lifelong passion for worship ministry, I bring a blend of experience and education to our team. I grew up participating in various Assembly of God programs like Junior Bible Quiz, Royal Rangers, and Fine Arts–competing numerous times at the national level and being awarded Merit in the Kapa Tau Piano Solo Division. I have an undergraduate degree in Church Music and a Master's in Divinity from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL with additional studies in systematic theology with a focus on Pentecostalism at Fuller Theological Seminary under the mentorship of Amos Yong. I am an avid outdoorsman who loves big game hunting, long-range precision shooting, archery, motorcycles, and golf (despite being terrible at it). I love building community and talking about theology!

Serving in the role of Creative Pastor for Multiply Church Lake Norman, Jonah Crowder combines his passion for worship and tech ministries to create meaningful and innovative worship
experiences. With a life of service in the Assemblies of God, a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, and a master’s degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, Jonah brings a unique blend of experience and education to his creative endeavors. Jonah enjoys songwriting, music production, randomly bursting into song, and sneaking movie lines into everyday conversations.

Hi! I'm Megan Oswald and I serve as the Journey Director, Story Director, and a little bit of a lot of other roles. I have had the privilege of being at Multiply Church Lake Norman since (almost) day one and to see what the Lord has done in this church family, in that time, is a blessing! I graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's in Business Management and then spent a decade in the world of corporate management before fulfilling my dream of living in North Carolina. I am passionate about people and finding ways for them to be surrounded by community, connected in groups, and serving in their purpose.

Hi! I’m Clair Crow and I serve as the Outreach Director here at Multiply Church Lake Norman. I am also a licensed mental health therapist. I earned my BA degree in Ministry in 2013, then completed my MA degree in Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling in 2017. I am passionate about Jesus, people and their stories, and the community of Mooresville! I am a southern Missouri girl at heart, but grateful to call North Carolina home. I am married to my best friend, Dillon and
together we share the greatest joy of our lives, our son Fuller.

Gary Eason is a devoted member of Multiply Church Lake Norman whose journey in fine arts during his youth ignited his passion for creativity and expression. With two successful mission trips completed by age 18, Gary's commitment to service and ministry blossomed. In 2019, he embarked on a path of biblical studies, leading to an internship at Multiply Church Lake Norman. Serving as a talented drummer in the worship ministry, Gary actively contributes to various church events. Alongside his wife, Mary, whom he married in 2023, Gary delights in the small pleasures of life, such as savoring coffee and enjoying ranch dressing (though never together).

Hello! I'm Mike. My wife and I, along with our three kids, have been a part of the Multiply Church Lake Norman family since 2020. Shortly after the time we started regularly attending the church, my wife Kayla and I began volunteering with Multiply Kids. In 2024, the opportunity to step into the role as Kids Coordinator came up, and I felt the calling to accept this position! It is my honor to serve in this capacity. Outside of my role at the church, I work in the financial industry and have a background in the service industry.

It is such a blessing to be able to impact our community and those who attend our church. Having the opportunity to help provide a fun and safe environment in which parents can trust their children are learning and growing in the faith is a tremendous responsibility and one that our team takes very seriously! We love the Lake Norman area, and we love getting to teach kids about Jesus. It is an honor to play a small part in the mission and vision of Multiply LKN, making a positive impact for the Kingdom of God!
